STARFIELD STILL BROKEN! KEEPS DASHBOARDING ME CONSTANTLY- XBOX SERIES X

I bought The Constellation Edition of Starfield brand new from Game in the UK. I downloaded the game via Game pass on release though. I enjoyed the game very much but every so often it would dashboard me and if I hadn’t saved or quick saved i would lose my progress. This began to frustrate me more and more when diving in to more challenging missions and being set back every 5 minutes. Because I love Bethesda games and have been playing Skyrim since its release I wanted to keep trying and complete the game. However the more I played the more it crashed and dashboarded me and the more I began to get fed up. I eventually took it into my own hands to see to the issue as I could not find a fix on your website and people were having similar problems. I stumbled across adjusting my save settings so I wasn’t overwhelming the Xbox and also found a really helpful man who decided to tell me to delete my game because it was a corrupted version and that set me back 20 levels and a day of game time just to be stuck with the same problem 20 minutes later when it dashboarded me. With my frustration I began to think it’s a system problem and not the game so I searched how to clean my Xbox from the inside out which I did with the correct equipment and cleaning supplies. I thought this would work and it was because my console was clogged with dust and dirt and it was overheating. NOPE 10 minutes later I’m in a mission and the next moment I’m staring at the dashboard. I then had a game breaking bug where I couldn’t exceed past a certain mission as Sarah Morgan wouldn’t follow me at all and then would just walk off and not let me past a specific dialogue interaction which was the only way to progress further. I had to tirelessly search for a fix but ultimately fixed it myself with the help of some people off Reddit. With all my frustration I completed the game but put it down after that not wanting to pick it up until the bugs were fixed and the game was polished. I have been keeping up with the news and updates surrounding the game because I really like it and want to continue playing it so when I saw Creations and mods were being added I had to jump back on. I completely deleted my save which was 3 days played and level 40 to start a whole new journey, a fresh start and look at the game. To my utter disgust I was dashboarded half way through the intro. I didn’t even make it to Barret that’s how fast the game crashed. Why, why is it still doing this?
I paid £250 for the Constellation Edition and £650 for a console that can’t even run for more than 15 minutes without dashboarding or crashing. If no one can give me a fix or something to ease my pain I will not be playing it anymore and I don’t think I will trust Bethesda as a developer in the future. I’m so disappointed and just shocked it’s still doing the same thing after 9 months from release and many updates.
Please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know what I can do.

Just wanted to add that this does not happen with any other game!

Update: I reached out to Bethesda Games who responded rapidly with a terrible automated response that contained the information off their website that i had already tried and tested and did not work. Evidently did not care to read my message at all as they would of seen I attempted to find a fix on their website like I said. I finally got through to a real person which took a couple of days who said I had been referred to a "specialist team" to fix the issue however that was 4 days ago. They replied instantly the first time and now it has been nearly a week since I originally messaged them and I still have not been given any real solution or apology for basically wasting £250 on their game and I can't even play it. Seems like they are just dodging the problem and trying to long it out as much as possible so I give up. I also posted this on REDDIT and sent all of this to Bethesda. Lets hope they can help me and so many others who have this problem actually play their game.

Disgusting really from one of the best developers in my eyes. This has really altered my opinion of them :/

That's horrible to hear what you went thru. I recently thought about trying Starfield again but as after the first patch they released the save and crashing issue happened to me with over 100 hours in game play so I stopped over 8 months later and they still have not fixed this issue thats sad.. I guess I'm not giving another go. P.s they also gave me and millions of other gamers the auto response basically saying its our fault so I do feel your pain as I paid a lot of money for my console and the game for it to not be playable on the Xbox series X or s.

I also experience frequent crashes in destiny 2 since light falls release on my Xbox series x. The only other game that constantly crashes is starfield. No other game crashes, example: dead by daylight, Diablo 4 or cyberpunk. Seems to be a hardware issue that Microsoft refuses to officially acknowledge.

Like i said,it will only run on the current gen consoles,the Series X/S.

The older gen consoles don't have the hardware to run Starfield.

The Xbox One X is a last gen console.Skyrim works as it was made for the Xbox 360 & upgraded to run on Xbox One consoles.

If you want to play Starfield the4n you'll either need to buy a Xbox Series X or S or play it via the cloud if you can.

It's been known that Starfield will only play on current gen consoles for quite a while.

I'm only on Xbox, also. Loading Starfield save games from Series S to Series X and back.

The fix I suggested above doesn't always work. Since posting it here, I've seen it work about 30% of the time. Initially when it worked a few times consecutively, I thought it might be a relatively decent workaround, if not a semi-permanent solution.

I was wrong.

There have been times when Starfield doesn't appear at all in the Quick Resume menu, or does and then disappears from it, which in itself is odd, and makes me think QR is still a root or at least one factor contributing to this issue.

Since reporting my possible solution on 9/26/2023, I've needed many times to have one Xbox on, idling on its home screen, go to the other and log in, start Starfield there, and that will allow the game to sync saves between the Series X and Series X and vice versa.

I'm still waiting on a permanent fix from Bethesda or Microsoft on this issue.

It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.
