STARFIELD....new issue with crashing

Now, I have a new problem with Starfield. I can't enter any establishment where it has doors and you have to enter into wha5 I guess you would call a newmodule. Whenever I try to enter say UC Distribution or Outland in New Atlantis the game freezes. Also, if I try to do a manual save, the game freezes. So basically I'm screwed, I can't do anything. It would be nice to actually be able to play the game that I paid $100 for, I just wish I could get my money back for this piece of garbage.

I’m sorry to hear that.

This sounds like there is corruption in the save file.

Do you have a save data file that is older then your current save data?

You could revert to the other save data to try to minimize loss, however if the save data is corrupted you will unfortunately lose all the save data and your progress.

A way to test it would be to back up your save data somewhere inaccessible by the game and then try to launch the game with a brand new save.

If the game works then you know it is corruption in your save data.

Hi Jeremy, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had a family emergency. And yes, I did have an older game save that I was able to load and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Same issue. Mine crashes on Starfield, Exoprimal, and NFS Unbound.

starfield crash in 10/15 minutes of gameplay.

Hi all, just wanted to say that I have Starfield, and thankfully that launched just fine the first time and I have not had issues with that.

However, I just installed Forza Motorsport (twice now) and I get the same crash error as you had with Starfield.

Very very VERY annoying...
