    Starfield error installing 0x80070005


    I pre-installed the game before release but have so far been unable to load it up. I get error code 0x80070005. I've searched online, I've Repaired the App, no change. Deleted Gaming Services and reinstalled, no change.

    Every fix that has came up online has had 0 effect. Any suggestions?

    Starfield error installing 0x80070005

    I gave up. I uninstalled the game files and launched it on Cloud Gaming. Will try installing again another time.

    Would still appreciate any possible fixes incase the issue is ran into again in the future.

    I get an error when i install a MSIXBundle File,

    No? I didn't install it from the Microsoft Store, it was an old version,

    from a GitHub repo.

    But, it didn't work, the error is still

    Nothing actually fix this.
    In another game I get this error: 0x80070005

    It doesn't show this error when installing on the main drive where OS installed, but only when installing in another ssd.

    Hi,

    Error code 0x80070005 is an access denied error. Did you take this other drive from a different PC or previous Windows install?
