Starfield error code 0xc000001d

I'm on PC, with the Xbox Game pass and App. I recently installed and tried to run Starfield on my machine. With it never launching fully. .

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
1070 NVIDIA Graphics card.

I have recently installed this OS with new drivers, and re downloaded drivers. I also reinstalled the game and moved it from different drives. Nothing seems to work and it seems to crash immediately.

I believe the files haven't been unpacked and the Xbox app will not do it now? As the files should be closer to 140GB via information I have searched before making this post.

So many other games have had no issues running on my machine, however this one won't even launch at all!

Whats even weirder, my machine that should not run it (Older machine with a 1060 NVIDIA card and older processor) launches though has poor performance. I have tried a lot of other fixes but willing to try again.

I don't know if this changes what you said above, but I only have this error when trying to run Starfield via the Xbox App. I have no issues whatsoever when running Starfield from Steam.

It's quite sad, Microsoft Support team can't provide details or insights and just lazily default to you having a bad CPU...
please try to do better.
