    Starfield doesn't show up on series s search`


    I know starfield was released a few back but I haven't been able to find it on my series s using search.

    I have experienced the same issue. The quickest solution I found was to install Starfield from another device. You can install the Xbox app on your smartphone, link your console and download Starfield from there.

    Complete console setup using the Xbox mobile app
    1: Download and open the Xbox mobile app.
    2: Allow the app to connect to your console. ...
    3: Select your language and location. ...
    4: Connect your console to the internet. ...
    5: Update your system. ...
    6: Choose the power option that's right for you.

    Do you have a One S or a Series S? Starfield is not available for the One.

    Like i said,it will only run on the current gen consoles,the Series X/S.

    The older gen consoles don't have the hardware to run Starfield.

    The Xbox One X is a last gen console.Skyrim works as it was made for the Xbox 360 & upgraded to run on Xbox One consoles.

    If you want to play Starfield the4n you'll either need to buy a Xbox Series X or S or play it via the cloud if you can.

    It's been known that Starfield will only play on current gen consoles for quite a while.

    You would need to own it digitally in order to be able to play it on a Series S. Otherwise, you need the disc in order to show you own a license for the game. Since the Series S doesn't have a disc drive, it's not possible to play games from disc on it.
