Starfield Cloud Save Disappeared

We truly understand that you need help with your Starfield Cloud save that has been disappeared. We truly understand how frustrating this can be, especially you already spent a lot of time on that progress.

What we can highly recommend for this kind of concern is you need to directly contact the game studio of the game which is the Bethesda team. They have the right tool to check if there is possible chance that you can have back your progress of that game.

starfield is cross save so yes the saves are in the cloud and work on both xbox console and pc xbox app.

I feel your pain. I lost my whole game.. .2 weeks worth of play. Xbox has inferred that the issuebis the "cloud beta". I'm just wondering why Microsoft would initiate the cloud based save system during the release of Starfield. Everyone that has ever played a Bethesda game knows they are infamous in their own right for having game save issues.

I personally have quit Starfield and won't Plat any games that require cloud saves until (if they ever do) Xbox fixes the problem.

Hi guys, can you help me out? I checked my 360 storage for the game saves and I've noticed that it disappeared for some reason. Only most of my games that have the saves disappeared. Halo saves is still here and few other games still have the saves. I tried
to back it up in Cloud and I hope the saves can be in the Cloud. What is the cause for the game saves disappear. I noticed the game saves for my other profiles existed.
