Stardew Valley, game pass, offline.

Someone PLEASE help .

So I've just recently moved and haven't had Internet put in yet, but tripled checked I could play my game pass games offline before I moved.

All I want to play is Stardew Valley, which I've downloaded through game pass.

I've done everything suggested, so I set the xbox to my home xbox while it was still online, my game pass is paid and up to date. I set it to go offline.

Nope nothing, it just continued to come up "for this game you need to be online" and the message telling you to make it your home xbox. So I let it go as a lost cause.

I tried to show my BF this problem last night cause he couldn't work it out either, and it ******* worked. It came up and asked if I'd like to be online, was something like - continue to network settings or skip, so I hit skip, it then "synced data", and then let me play without issue.

But then today, its not letting me play again!? Wth

Plz help.

You see JanetRoss2, you can play your owned games when your console is offline if the account with which you bought the games is set as home console.

But, for the Game Pass games, unfortunately, there's no way to lay them offline, because your console needs the internet connection to validate your subscription in order for you to have access to the Game Pass catalogue. :/

I'd say Graveyard Keeper too, new and available on the Game Pass. It's a fun game and pretty unique on the xbox. If you played/enjoyed Stardew valley it's a must.
