Discus and support Starclub has been reset to 0 stars??? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When i started the game today i found that all my earned stars were gone, 0 it says.     Starclub has been reset to 0 stars???


    When i started the game today i found that all my earned stars were gone, 0 it says. Even the Collections, packages, were closed.

    I have contacted both Xbox and microsoft support about the problem and done all the things they proposed. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, update and sync and restarted the computor. The problem remains, 0 stars

    My gamerscore has reset to 0

    I was on around 40,000 gamerscore and the next day it just turns to 0 how did this happen? And could I have some help please

    Xbox Rewards- MS moves the goal posts again.

    They've changed the amount of money you need to spend to reach a new star level and in doing that they've decided to start you over a 0%. As if that wasn't enough they decided to add insult to injury and knock you down a star level or two.

    There are a lot of upset people.

    I'm now 0 stars and 0%. They reset it twice this year. In January and September. In January at least they didn't knock you down a few star levels. They just reset your current progress to 0%.

    This isn't a huge deal to me because I could never get past the first star, haha. I would always complain about it in the survey because my rebate was a lot better based off my Gamerscore. My progress has been reset to 0 as well, oh well.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December

    You have been making purchases that are not pre-orders, in-game consumables, or subscription purchases (as those are excluded from MyVip) over the last 2 weeks and those have not updated? Or are you perhaps referring to the annual reset where spending progress
    is reset each year and you keep the star(s) you earned from the prior year?
