    My kids are really frustrated.

    The game was working fine for a while. Then the Toy Box HUB menu would freeze. The "ads" on the right would cycle, but the controller buttons do not work. Cannot hit B to go backwards and get out. Can't even shut down the system properly. Have to pull the
    plug and reboot.

    After I told them to just stop going to that menu item (HUB) for a while, ( I assumed it might be an update issue), they soon lost ALL their game data.

    I see there is a way to restore everything to factory default, but will that kill all their other game saves such as Minecraft as well? Or is this not a good solution?

    I could not find out how to uninstall the SW INfinity 3.0 and reinstall it?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Infinity 3.0 site     really says is.

    Before trying to uninstall or factory reset could you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the problem?

    I went to do that, turned the XBO on and I can get into the Toy Box Hub just fine now. So, I'm back to the theory that it was updating very slowly or something. All of their saved games / worlds they designed are still missing which stinks, but they can
    start over I guess.
