Star Wars Force Unleashed not appearing in My Games & Apps

I bought the 360 version of Star Wars Force Unleashed through the Xbox store on my computer and the transaction has gone through on my credit card but it is not appearing in My Games & Apps ready to be installed. Anyone else experienced this? Also I tried
to look for this game in the store on the Xbox itself and it doesn't appear there. Cheers, Kim

Since your first purchased the game have you tried a quick power cycle on your Xbox One to see if there is any change? To power cycle your Xbox One hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds and power it back on once it's off. Let us know how it goes

 

Yeah, I tried this and also tried logging in to a different Xbox one to see if it appeared.

You may need to temporarily switch your Xbox One console's region to have the game pop-up in your 'Ready to install' list. Try these steps out and let us know how it goes!

• Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One Guide.
• Within the settings menu, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Language and location'.
  
• From here, select a region that is outiside of the region you're located in (United Kingdom or United States as an example) and let your Xbox One console restart.
  
• After your console restarts, check your 'Ready to install' list to see if the game is there. If it is, go ahead and begin the installation from there.
  
• Repeat the steps above to set your Xbox One console region back to the region you're physically located in.
