    Hi there,

    I purchased yesterday Star Wars through the EA Access Programm (10 % off) by using my PayPal Account. After the purchase I got three bills. I checked this also in my PayPal Account.

    Can you please rollback the last two transactions?

    Robbed?!?

    I also have the same problem. I tried to download a DLC for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. It said error so i tried again and got the same message, I've been billed twice but the DLC is not in my history or even registered that I've bought the item Star Wars Download: I got billed 3 times. :(.

    Charged but no download.

    Hi i have tried to download a DLC for Star Wars The Force Unleashed but it keeps failing. I've had two email saying I've been billed for the DLC but it does not appear in my download history and doesn't register that I've bought it. In total I've been charged
    £6.00 but no DLC.

    Yeah I went down there and traded in Left 4 Dead 2, UP, KoA: Reckoning, Battlefield 3 and Lego Stars 3 and got £85.80 for the lot(should have got £82.80 but the girl behind the counter scanned KoA a second time instead of Lego
    Star Wars. Got Dragon's Dogma and Ghost Recon.
