Star Wars- Digital bundle purchased but...

I purchased the SW bundle and I don't see the R2D2 avatar prop nor am I able to watch the extra content that came with the bundle. I have not checked to see if the pinball tables were downloaded to PBFX2. Any suggestions MS?

New Console purchase come with free trial of live gold?

I just purchased the Star Wars Kinect Console Bundle. I expected it to come with a free trial offer of Xbox Live Gold but found nothing. Was there suppose to be a free trial included?

I haven't found R2-D2 on xbox.com yet or received a redemption code for Pinball either... but I am expecting one after reading the fine print. Hopefully it arrives soon!

the token codes through Xbox Live messaging within four weeks of purchase, if you are a qualifying customer. For more information on this promotion, please head on over here.

If after 4 weeks pass from when you originally purchased the Star Wars: The Digital Movie Collection and you're not seeing your promotional token codes, please let us know. Thanks!

 

Ok, so I guess I just have to wait for a few more weeks before getting the R2D2 avatar and Pinball FX 2 items.

 

I got and activated the code, but I cannot find the R2D2 prop.

The R2-D2 Companion prop can
exclusively be added to your avatar on Xbox 360 and Xbox.com. If you haven't already, try out these steps below to see if we can get R2-D2 to
show up for ya.

1. On the Xbox 360 console, choose your profile and sign in.
2. Go to social, select your avatar, and press the A button.
3. Select Customize Avatar.
4. Select Change My Style.
5. Select Props and check to see if the R2-D2 prop has been downloaded and available for you to add to your Avatar.
