Star Wars blu ray stuttering

hi I am getting random stuttering in Star Wars blu ray. Is this an issue being looked at or do I have an defective console

Blu-ray Discs not reading, getting error code 0x91d7000d. Help!

I just want to watch Star Wars on Blu-ray!

 

I CAN'T PLAY ANY OF MY GAMES !!!

Well.... After much disc swapping, power pressing, and other assorted asshattery, I am now able to play, um, Outlast some crazy how. I'm confused. I'm just going to watch Star Wars on blu ray. At least Star Wars is always there for me.

I'm sorry to hear about the Blu-ray issue. To better understand what you're experiencing, I have a couple questions to ask.

• When you say that Star Wars Blu-ray is stuttering, could you explain a bit more as to what happens?
  
• Have you been able to try any other Blu-ray discs and check to see if they are having the same issue?
  

In the meantime, if you haven't already, try out these troubleshooting steps to see if will do the trick:

1. Uninstall the Blu-ray Player.
   
2. Power cycle your Xbox One console.
   
3. Once the console is off completely, unplug all cords from your console.
   
4. Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
5. Plug your console and cords back in and turn it on.
6. Re-install the Blu-ray Player and try watching that Star Wars Blu-ray disc again.
   

Please post back and let me know the answers to the questions above and if, by chance, the steps worked for you or not. Thanks!

To give you some more details of the issue. The stuttering itself can be described as a slight pause, freeze or sudden catch up in the video the audio does not seem to be effected. It happens randomly and can be anywhere from 1 second to 3 seconds. The
disc is clean.

I have also tried other Blu-ray Discs they too have stuttering issues but not as bad it seems. I have tried all of you troubleshooting tips and they have not helped.

 

Just an update. I watched a movie last night and no stuttering so it doesn't seem to affect every movie after all.

 

Can I get some support on this issue? It's not the disc because I know it's clean

 

We watched Thor: The Dark World in 3D the other night and it stuttered randomly throughout the whole movie, sometimes a few seconds between pauses and other times 20 minutes. This was the first movie we've watched a blu-ray since the 3D August update, and
the first time I've had this happen. Seems like maybe there's a problem with the update, but will need to try some more movies to be sure. Also the "Xbox turn off" no longer worked after watching the movie, and just saying "Xbox" never registered either. Maybe
my console just needed a reboot, so we shall see.

 

I am having this exact same problem as well with the Lord of the Rings: Fellowship.

Throughout the whole film. I will try to uninstall and reinstall as recommended above.

 

I just sat down to watch the Star Wars Complete Saga last night, and about 1 hour in, it started having decoding issues, it appears.. As i would get tearing, blocking of images, didnt seem to mater if it was high action scene or not.. I just bought these
disc so they are brand new.. If I would leave the player and come back it would be a little better, but then app would end up crashing.. After relaunching and getting back to where I was, it was good for about 2-3mins then started tearing again.. I then
pulled out my Samsung BluRay from a dif room, and the movie played perfect.. So its def not the disk.. I recently watched Family Guy : Starwars Collection with in last couple weeks and it was perfect..

 

Any video streaming on xbox one for me stutters whether that be sky or amazon video. Hard reset to the xbox fixes the issue temporarily but it reappears

 

Guys here is what you need to do.

Step One: Uninstall Movies & TV App, Netflix and BluRay Player.

Step Two: Change your console settings from instant on to power saving mode.

Step Three: Hold the power button down on your console until the white light on the adapter turns orange.

Step Four: Unplug the console and television set from the wall and wait five minutes.

Step Five: Plug the devices back in and power them up.

Step Six: Reinstall, Netflix, Movies & TV and BluRay

This will fix the errors you are experiencing.
