Star Wars Battlefront won't download on 360

Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue? Ive purchased quite a few games (mercenaries, star wars battlefront, etc.) not sure if at this point if i should ask for a refund or not.

 

I'm having a similar issue but all my Xbox classic games download just fine with exception of jade empire, for some reason that downloaded to my system folder in my hardrive but works just fine

But anyway my issue is with 3 games a.c. 1 a.c. 3 and mass effect one I can't download those, just go to 80% and then they stop

Been trying to download the a.c. games since like Tuesday and mass effect longer than that, weird thing is other a.c. titles downloaded just fine and they were all purchased at the same time

 

Same problem here with battlefront 2. Microsoft doesn't seem to care. Anyone have any luck? I would love to play Thisbe game again.

 

Battlefront 2 problem here as well! Multiple attempts to download....clear cache... checked region.... wired vs wifi etc.... no luck and no response from MS.

 

Well hopefully they figure it out soon. We all payed for it so yea we should be able to play the game or atleast get a refund.

 

I got 2 responses from Microsoft, one Arab dude decided to hang up on me right after he heard my issue. Guess it was 2 much for him

2nd guy Phil was his name was super helpful but basically just walked me thru things I already did before like clearing cache and stuff

One thing I noticed tho atlease in my situation is. When I download ac3 on the 360 the download is like 7.7gb but, if I go to the Xbox 1 store it shows like 13.1 so I'm wonder if that has to do with the fact that it won't download for me on the 360

Didn't look on a.c. 1 tho pry should have. I'm hoping maybe after the Ubisoft sale ends I can download them.

At this point I'm at a loss, even fired up my old 360 elite gave that a go to see if it was a system error and no still made it to 80% then "Can't download"

So deleted profile and re downloaded, clear ALL the cache, tried wireless and wired connection, deleted all 360 system updates and re updated everything, tried 3 different hdd (2 being Microsoft branded) tried 2 different xbox 360s

So my next step, is make a static ip, port forward and possibly put my 360 in the dmz and see if my route is the finally issue. If none of that works then it's all on Microsoft
