Star Wars Battlefront will not play Xbox one

So, once again. This is an Xbox issue.

Why?

Battlefront worked perfectly fine when we first bought it. After about a week, Xbox One had a system update. Since then, game does not work.

So blaming a game manufacturer for a game not working when Xbox's update is what *** the game does not solve my issue.

Now yes, EA also needs to work on solving the issue as well.

But as I said, this is also an Xbox issue.

 

@Woodhead3383, how would this be an Xbox only issue? Did Xbox manufacture the game? Are ALL of the Xbox games you play giving you the same error message? If not, I don't understand how it's an issue with Xbox and not EA.

 

If you read exactly what I wrote, you would see I've put it on both.

Yes. There is an obvious issue with the EA games.

But as I said, Battlefront worked until the last XBox One update. Thus, something in the Xbox One update has contributed to this issue with EA games.

Go back and read again. I am working with both and getting nothing.

Further more, Xbox's troubleshooting stinks. If you try and follow their troubleshooting from the directions on their site, it no longer mate he's the actual menus on the Xbox one because the update has changed the Xbox one menus and some of the things
that Xbox's site gives you to correct this, do not exist.

So agin, for those with reading comprehension problems, Xbox and EA are both responsible for this issue and neither of them have provided a solution.

the bad thing is not everyone is affected by this, there is no error messages which that normally helps with fixing the issue.

Plus you have done all steps to try and resolve it.
