Q: I pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront 2, how do I download my pre-order items?

A: First, highlight Star Wars Battlefront 2’s game tile and tap the 'Menu' button on your Xbox One controller to bring up more options, then select 'Manage game'. From here your items will be in the 'Ready to install' menu.

Q: How do I access my Deluxe Edition content?

A: You can find your additional content located in your inventory. To access it, navigate to the unopened crates tab below the main menu. This should show your extra content in crates and, once opened, the content will be available under the Collection Tab.

Q: What should I do If I don’t receive the Crystals I purchased?

A: You will want to contact Xbox Support here.
