Star Wars Battlefront Auto automatically Uninstalled

Earlier today i entered my fallout 3 code and checked to see if the game was downloading only to realiss it was queued. I checked through my games and found my star wars battlefront was installing and 'ready to start' which is peculiar as i downloaded battlefront
just after christmas. I loaded the game and found it has put me in the darth vader introduction stage. After checking the statistics on xbox it has kept my game time of 3 days and 12 hours but has wiped my levels, game progress and other things i've worked
hard for... Whilst the issue is not the most drastic as me and my group of friends do not play battlefront at this moment in time, it is still strange and annoying as i will now be underlevelled in comparison to my friends and have to wait for hours until
i can play fallout as the game is 50% downloaded and too important to stop the download for. If anyone knows why this problem occurred make sure to message me ASAP and i hope it is fixable. Finally it may have something to do with me downloading the game a
month earlier than on my own account on a friends but i am uncertain. Thx for your time...

I understand that i can pause the download , title is a spelling error to ignore...

 

Have you logged into the companion app at all? If so, does your progress show there?

Did you buy the game yourself or are you taking advantage of the Home Sharing with someone else? If so, did they disable it at all for any reason?

 

Thank you for the link, the companion app claims i have kept my levels so i'll have to check the game itself when i next get the chance. I'll get back to you once i see for myself but i am getting the idea now that my xbox had a bit of a glitch.
