Star Wars Battlefront 2 Online Problem :( (WANT A REFUND)

I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 on 8 Feb 2019 and when i tryed to play it i wasn't eligible to go online.

I have a adult acc but still can't play. This is somewhat a waste of money so i would like to request a refund. I passed the 14 day mark but i can do nothing with this [Mod Removed: Profanity] game so plzzzz.

have you checked your privacy and safety settings? are they all set to allow?

Did you ever have a banned account or was that account previously a child account? there are ways around this without returning the game, and I can pretty much promise you they will not honor a refund for you if you are this far out.

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

Our only current suggestion entails the use of the

refund request webform as this is our way of having our team review the purchase(s), the reason in asking for the refund, and then of course the decision given.

Once a refund request has been made and you have further questions about the process or have not
heard anything within 48 - 72 hours please reply to the confirmation email sent to you.

(Even if the case was closed you need to respond to the email for more information. If there
is no response after a week, then feel free to re-create a new case)
