Star Wars Battlefront 2 getting 0x80040900

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put
your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

I forgot all about how the beta version doesnt really work! Its not possible to accept the terms of service! I unistalled it the reinstalled it but obviously ran into that same issue of not being able to select (accept). I searched through the games and
found SWBF 2 and it said I already owned it so I will reinstall it again.

Thanks so much for keeping us updated. Since the game that you have is on a disc and you've tried other troubleshooting steps, you may wish to try something a bit different that should help you out. Sometimes there can be an issue when installing a game
from a disc while the console is online as the game will attempt to update the game at the same time as installing it.

First you'll want to uninstall Star Wars Battlefront 2 from your console again.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide, then select My games & apps and then
   See all.
2. Select Games.
3. Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, and then select
   Manage game.
4. Select Manage all, select Uninstall all, and then select
   Uninstall.

Next you need to place your console into Offline Mode.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings.
3. Choose Network.
4. Select Network settings > Go offline.

Once in Offline Mode, insert the disc into your console and allow it to complete installing. As an extra precaution, prior to doing this, you may wish to sign out of your profile to ensure the console is fully offline. Once the installation completes, put
your console back online, then sign back into your profile. This should allow the game to get updated. It is recommended that you allow the game to fully update prior to attempting to play.
