Star Wars Battlefeont Delux Editon appears in the recently installed games but it will not play

Just bought the StarWars Battlefront Deluxe Edition through Xbox store online but it won't open. It appears in the recently installed games but it does nothing when I try to launch it. I have re-started the Xbox a few times but it's still the same. The money
has been charged my credit card. I've also tried changing the region through settings but that doesn't work either.

Knights of the Old Republic won't launch - keeps saying there is an update

I purchased and installed Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and installed it however when I attempt to play the game, the splash screen appears then it tells me there is an update required.

I attempt to download the update but nothing happens.

I am unable to play the game.

Xbox Preorder Rewards

i have pre-ordered star wars deluxe edition and Lego marvel deluxe edition as well as two other games. Why is the deluxe edition of Lego marvel not included in the rewards offer? Also why was star was Battlefront not registered? Any help would be much appreciated.

Be sure the region of your Xbox One is set to the correct region, as cross-region accounts aren't supported. When you restarted your Xbox One, did you hold down the Xbox One power button for 8-10 seconds until it fully shut off? If that doesn't help, try uninstalling
the game and reinstall it to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with how it goes

Just checked the Xbox One store, according to the store I have trial of Star Wars BF installed, I bought the deluxe version last year, now it wants to charge me again.

Having exactly the same problem with deluxe version. Standard appears like normal and installs and plays no problem. The deluxe version wants to charge me again if I try to,install it. Really frustrating for a new title and not an inexpensive game.
