Hi, Mason! Thank you for the update.
I'm glad you were able to get the game working again. It sounds like it was still installed on your external storage, you just couldn't see it under "My games and apps" because the unit itself was unplugged.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions, I'd be happy to help. Have a lovely day/night and enjoy Star Wars!
    Best regards.

    Hi AJ,

    To answer your questions:

I am installing this game from a disc

I do have an external storage device plugged in

I am not sure if other games are having similar problems

I don’t know if this is important, but I deleted the game from my console previously, and now I am trying to get it back. Thanks

Hi, Mason! Thank you for your reply and additional information.

Unfortunately, once an installation stops, resuming it is usually not possible.
If you haven't yet, would you mind giving these troubleshooting steps a try?

    -----

Go to Settings > System > Storage devices, and make sure you have enough space for this game. Although rare, sometimes the "Installation Stopped" error will come up due to a lack of storage space, even if you don't get the usual "Free up some space" notification.

    -----

    - Cancel the installation.
    - Go to Settings > System > Storage devices > Clear local saved games.

    * Important: This will delete all the saved games on your console but It won't remove saved games on the cloud. If your console has been constantly connected to the Internet and the Xbox Network, your cloud-saved data should re-sync with your console the next time you launch each game.

    - Try installing the game again.

    * If prompted to install an update now or later, select the latter.

    -----

    - Cancel the installation process.
    - Go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline.
    - Try installing the game again.

    -----

    - Cancel the installation.
    - Eject your disc.
    - Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
    - Unplug your external storage unit from the console, and leave it like that.
    - Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
    - Plug the power cord in.
    - Turn your console on.
    - Insert your disc.
    - Try installing Star Wars while your external storage unit is unplugged.

    * If prompted to install an update now or later, select the latter.

    -----

    • Alternatively, you could try a remote installation via the Xbox mobile app:

    - Cancel your game's installation process.
    - Eject your disc.
    - Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features, and make sure remote features are enabled on your console.
    - Download the Xbox mobile app
    - Sign in to the mobile app using the same account you use on your console.
    - On the Xbox app, press the console icon followed by "Set up a console" and "Add existing console". (Skip this if you have already set up the mobile app)
    - Use the search bar on the Xbox mobile app to look up "Star Wars Battlefront 2"
    - Select the game.
    - Press "Download to console".
    - This will trigger a digital download on your console.
    - Once the installation is complete, insert your disc and try launching the game.

    -------

Please let me know if these work, I'll be looking forward to your reply.
    Best regards.
