EA account issue for my daugther

Hello,

I purchase Star Wars Battlefront for my daugther for XBox One S.

My XBox account is the main account and I create an EA account for me.

I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription: I can play to Star Wars Battelfront in multi-players mode without any restrictions.

For my daughter, I create an EA account, but she cannot play in multiplayers mode (only in solo/coop local modes).

When she tries to connect with her EA account from the XBox console, she gets an error message.

What is the procedure to allow the multiplayers mode for my daugther?

Delete your profile from the xbox...power reset the xbox...then try again.
