Star rank % rebate.

Hi, I've been an XBox rewards member since March 2017, I managed to get my star rank to level one which wasn't easy, as my account wasn't seeming to take in to account all the games I purchased online. I have gold too but I never received my 2% rebate on
any games purchased after geting my star rank at all, it has now gone up to star rank level 2 with 4% rebate but I still have not received a single rebate for any games, not even one. I've checked my pending and deposited but there isn't any credits for games
in there. I buy my games on the XBox from the store, and sometimes from my windows phone or laptop on the XBox store. I have only had one rebate and that was mostly for completing the monthly surveys. Any help would be appreciated as I would like this resolved
so I can receive the credits I should have received. Thanks.

Support will check on your rebates, although it sounds as though your purchases have been counting so you should have had some rebates. They would be listed with the last date of each month as "MyVIP Star Rank".

Ranks reset each year. They were reset on September 1, 2015 and they also changed the terms and conditions for star levels to change how much you need to spend for each level so a lot of people were moved to lower levels based on the reset.

 

Rebate on games purchased not added

I purchased several games on Xbox One which increased my vip star % but it did not give me any rebate even though my rank is 1 star and i am gold member so it should rebate me 2% like it used to do on previous purchases but it's not showing up as pending
rewards. I believe it's more than 96 hours since i purchased some games but nothing is shown in pending. Any idea what's happening?

We see multiple MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) events in your Credit history, even some pending there right now. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for
your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You have not received any payback at the
MyVIP Star Rank 2 yet since you were only just recently promoted. Keep in mind that MyVIP payback is awarded as a monthly whole, as stated in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
