Star Rank Isn't Updating Properly (Again)

Hi. I spent $104.xx this past month (before tax) in order to qualify for the "Spend $100 in February, get an extra MyRewards star" and it said my stars were under construction for this past week, but I was not bumped up to 3 stars (I was previously at 2)
afterwards.

What happened?

Please help. Thank you.

Thanks. I've been following the VIP Tracker all year, and I spent the amount it asked me to on eligible content. Not sure what the issue is.

Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, subscriptions, and hardware/physical purchases are not eligible for MyVip.

A staff member will review your account and let you know what they are seeing. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

 

You'll want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

 

Same to me... no third stars!!! and I spend the correct amount in €... (85 on 81 required)

 

Having the same issue except it was spend $50 to get my first star. Thanks in advance.

 

My bad. Accidentally posted in the wrong section.

But yeah, I didn't buy any consumables, subscriptions or preorders last month (through Xbox anyway).
