    Star Rank Isn't Properly Reflecting Last Year's Purchases


    Hi.

    So I spent $600 since Sept. 2015, but my star rank is only 1 on my Xbox Live Rewards page.

    Please help, thanks.

    You'll want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, subscriptions, and hardware/physical purchases are not eligible for MyVip.

    A staff member will review your account and let you know what they are seeing. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

    Thanks. I've been following the VIP Tracker all year, and I spent the amount it asked me to on eligible content. Not sure what the issue is.

    MY VIP Progress reset?

    The progress is what resets. You spend money this year, whatever rank you get to is your star rank for the following year. So you were 1 star last year (since you didn't make it to 2 star) and you will keep 1 star this year until you spend enough to earn
    2 stars. However much money you spend this year will increase your star rank and you'll have that rank the following year.

    That is how they've done it the last 2 years.
