Star rank did not go up.

hi in February you had a promotion if I spend $100 on qualifying content in February my star rank would go up to 3 stars. And I did. I bought resident evil 7 for $59.99, Deadpool for $20.00, battleship for $14.99 and

Turn on for $6.00 for a total of $100.98. So I should of gotten my extra star rank.

Problem with MyVIP Star Rank

MyVIP Star Rank was 95% with $56 until I got to a four star rank, but recently on May 18 I bought more games from the sales, which was way more than $56, that have been going on. I checked on my star rank today, and it is now 91% until I get to a four star
rank. I did not think buying games would cause my percentage to go down. Is something wrong with the star rank system? Thanks for your time!

Our program runs on the UTC time zone. Since your purchase of Battleship and Turn On were made on March 1st, they were not eligible for this offer. From the FAQ for that offer:

Hey richiestang, My rank keeps going back to 3 no matter what I do. I'm not playing this any more, Maybe I'll feel the urge to play campaign on 2, 3 and 4 since I've finished CE. Seriously though, it's broken to bits.

We see that you did not reach MyVIP Star 4, and therefore stayed at VIP Star 3. The 4th star required £900. Since your total eligible spending was beneath this amount, you did not rank up before the re-calibration. Your 97% was the amount you were at after
your Dead Rising 4 purchase.

Medals earnt + XP + maintaining PPH is the best way of ranking up, if you werent on top form you'd go down a rank, you could easily see the big players because they'd be a 5 star general! I made it to 5 star once but couldnt maintain it but it was a constant
challenge to try and get it, it made the game really fun.
