    Hello there, I spent the extra money by the end of Feb to advance my star rank from 3 to 4, but I'm still at 3 stars. Can you look into that please? Thanks.

    Star Rank Did Not Advance After Spending The Requested Amount

    My star rank did not advance after I spent the required minimum to move from 3-star to 4-star. This is due to a fault in the Xbox store system. I purchased FIFA17 and Fighter Within at 7:05 PM and 7:06 PM on 2/28 to push me over the limit, but for some amazing
    reason the US Xbox store assigned a purchase date of Wednesday March 1st to these transactions.

    I have the email confirmations with date and time stamps that I can provide.

    Please fix this oversight to my account. I really can't think of any legitimate reason that the store would choose the next day when my purchases occurred during the evening of the last day of this offer.

    Please give me a break on this. I've been a paid XBox Live member since the original XBox (before the 360) and a Rewards Member since way back when you mailed out the green and clear plastic credit-card-looking things. It is absolutely *NOT* obvious that
    this particular program operates on UTC time, and it is certainly not obviously noted in the offers to spend more by a certain time that I was receiving. All other offers on XBox that aren't the Rewards Program have been region limited and operate on a US
    clock for the NA region, so you should be able to see how spending on the last night at around 7:00 PM would seem perfectly acceptable.

    Please review this case and grant me my fourth star.

    Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

    Support will double check your purchases, but the Rewards program works on UTC time, not your local time. Your purchases would have had to be made before 23:59 UTC. So depending on what time zone you're in, the purchases would have been made after the offer
    ended.
