Star Rank = 0?

I got an email "What will YOUR 2017 Star Rank be?" from <*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***> on 17/12/2016, and I found I would be in a particular star rank (forgot 2 or 3 or 4) in 2017. I followed to make several purchases before 31Dec to meet the next threshold. I checked back
today and I am surprised my star rank is 0. Why?

Chnages to myVIP rank

MyVIP rank changes daily, from $42 away from first star rank, to 51% complete towards the second star rank the next day. Then it changes back to $42 away from the first star rank on 3rd and keeps switching up like this daily. What is my actual star rank?

We do not see you ever having any star levels. For example, your past spending for the previous year was beneath the 1500 HKD required for MyVIP star 1, so it would not have been possible for your to be 2 or 3 or 4. You can see the star rank requirements
on our FAQ at (Xbox Live Rewards), and check your eligible spending from the previous year from (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
