    Means it was a purchase or download.

    It indicates the app or game has been updated since last used. Not working 100% just yet as stars reappear after a console reboot. The stars can be any colour depending on your chosen theme colour.

    A star indicates app or game has been updated since last used, a controller icon on games means it has an addon or dlc added.

    That's correct. As far as I've seen so far there isn't anything that indicates it's a purchase or download when the game is actually installed.

    That's correct. As far as I've seen so far there isn't anything that indicates it's a purchase or download when the game is actually installed.
