"Star Club" crashes to desktop

Hi there.

First I want to apologize for not very
correct language, but I write by
Google Translate.

I have a problem with one of the elements of
the MSC namely: "Star Club".
Any attempt to run the entire application
exits to the desktop, and you have to restart
the application. I tried reinstalling the
MSC and rebooting Windows Store
later, but it could not
any improvement. My system is
Win 8.1 and all available system updates
and other available on Windows Update.

For several days I have a problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collection which lies in the fact that:

Minecraft Windows 10 Skyrim Mashup Pack.

Can anyone help me with the Skyrim Mashup Pack for the Windows 10 version of Minecraft as it is crashes the game to desktop? (I go to download it with no problem, it is when I go to "activate" it that causes the crashing).

What you are describing is usually the result of a missing update (perhaps optional) or an update that failed to install correctly. Let's just make certain that everything is as it should be with your system. Please try the following steps to make certain
that everything is correctly up to date:

1. Press the Windows key

2. Type in Windows Update

3. Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates

4. In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button

5. Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details

6. Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones

7. Restart using the restart option from the shutdown menu.

Then please try these steps:

1. Press Windows Key + R

2. In the box, type wsreset.exe and press Enter

3. This will re-launch the Windows Store

4. Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar

5. Choose Settings

6. Choose App Updates

7. Choose Sync licenses

If you find that these steps show that you are completely up to date, then please try the following in order to fix any possible corruption in the game’s files. Uninstall the game and then restart your system by selecting the “Restart” option from the shutdown
menu. Once you’re back up and running, press the Windows Key+R and type wsreset.exe in the dialog box and press Enter. This will refresh and re-open the Windows Store app and you can reinstall the game.

All these steps are already done before. I already described this problem in MSC fanpage on FB and I got there the same options to make. Unfortunately, the problem persists and on FB prompts me to describe the problem on the forum

 

I have the same/similar problem on my windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center desktop. Star Club quit working after one collection and one game left on the second one. The second incomplete collection does not show up anymore and when I click on the third Star
Club collection it starts to load and then returns to start screen. I have tried the above actions several times including a reset operating system, removing various programs, disabling add-ons and deleting caches. The Daily Challenges work fine. I do
not have any other computer/program issues except Star Club. Thank you.
