Standard Headset No sound Issue

Hello Everyone,

I hope all of you doing great. I have Xbox one bought some days before, i am new in this field. I am facing an issue "Standard Headset has no sound" i tried to change setting almost each and every option but still problem exist. during playing the game sound
is coming out from TV. Can anyone guide me in this regard?

The standard wireless xbox headset sound is better then the standard xbox cable headset sound

 

What headset have you got? and what do you think

Bog standard Microsoft xbox headset + surround sound system cranked up loud... Headsets? pffft!

I'm sorry to hear you are running into problems with the headset. Now when you are talking about a standard headset, Is this the "chat" headset or the "stereo" headset? The chat will only have one ear piece and that won't work with your game sounds. If it
has 2 ear pieces then you should be hearing sound.

We would advise you go through some basic troubleshooting if you have the
Xbox One Stereo Headset.

Sorry for the issue with headset. To change the sound coming from the TV.

• go to settings
• then display and sound
• then volume
• party chat output select headset

Also when you go to system like you going to setting you will see, settings xbox assist, turn off or restart console, do you see "Audio" there?
