Stan Lee - Crane - no claw switch icon on ground

I'm trying to rescue Stan Lee from a building rooftop with the crane. I can see the yellow/blue Wolverine claw switch with red inactive lights inside the crane. But the usual white circle on the ground that you walk into and press B to activate is missing
completely. Pressing B in front of the switch will activate Wolverine's "sense" power. Is there any way to reset or am I stuck?

Have you tried clearing the cache (Hold down power light on front panel of xbox for 15 secs. Then restart it?) then reloading the game?

Failing that you could try forcing a resync of your save game by deleting the local copy, next time you log onto the game it should resync with the cloud save.....I take no liability if you lose your progress though
