Stalker 2, XCloud After Crash cant Load Gameprofile

Hey my Gameprofil cant get loaded on new start, Even new Game Profile cant get Loaded or Saved So the Game is Not playable for me Happend after a crash yesterday Anyone has a tip what to do ? Can the Technican or Engineer can kill the crashed Session or unlock the Save Game or something ?
