    Bought an Xbox Elite One..

    start hard drive broke 2 months after bought,,, 1 month later they replaced it with no warrenty ,,,

    the second xbox one headset issues,,, they said send it in we will test and replace,, gets email sorry your console

    is out of warrenty even thou the 1st xbox one has 2 yr warrenty the replacement hasnt even got a day,,

    so they said we will replace but it will cost you........ What pisses me off they dont speak english how do you spell

    you name B FOR bravo a for apple every time i have to spell barry they give me a complaints department

    that is for usa only..... never will i buy microsoft product again **** customer service and a complete scam,,,.. am getting my

    console back and selling it for spares not gonna pay £110 for replacement thats got 30 days warrenty on it when that goes like

    the other 2 xbox one elites no thanks **** microsoft am no mugg

    WARNING STAY AWAY FROM MICROSOFT THERE SCAMMERS

    In that case I'd use the support online chat and clarify that you only speak English. I'm sure one of the support staff will be able to assist.

    Sorry you've had a bad experience. It's no secret that their repair service is horrific. I'd just buy a new console.

    I've never spoken to a support agent that doesn't speak English though.
