Stacking Gold Membership Not Working

Discus and support Stacking Gold Membership Not Working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried about 5 times to stack my Gold membership that expires 12/01/14, but it keeps coming up with an error.     Stacking Gold Membership Not Working


    I have tried about 5 times to stack my Gold membership that expires 12/01/14, but it keeps coming up with an error. I don't know what would be wrong and I'm looking for help as to resolving this. Below is what it keeps reporting as the error log.

    "Xbos-0x80181025

    2187caaf-eb67-494c-bbeb-d5f752f1d77f

    Stacking gold membership codes

    hi, i have just purchased 3month gold membership and you recieve 3 months free. Ive redeemed one code and it shows when this will expire but when i have redeemed the second 3 month code it still only shows the first 3 months that will expire in 3 months.
    Why does this not sure 6 months in total?

    This should appear in your account in little, because you must wait for the promotion to be activated, otherwise communicate to technical support and they make you validate the promotion

    Keep the codes on the cards, or alternatively, if you purchased them online , microsoft will know. Call customer support at 1-800-469-9269. Best of luck to you!

    To the first two that replied, I have called, and after being on the phone for an hour the only solution they had was, "It's an error on our end, try again in 1-2 days."

    Also onyz62is, the error log I posted at the end of my first post was from me trying it online. I have also tried redeeming through the 360 and the only error I receive is that I can't be connected to the Xbox Servers.

    I activated a 12 month prepaid card a month ago, and today I activated a 1 month code I got for playing halo 5 beta. I activated it just now and it just shows me having a 1 month membership. what happened to my 12 month? did the one month stack and is not
    showing my 12 ? help please
