    Every time you put the St. Jude's Children's Hospital ad on, it will boot me out of the game and back to my computer home screen. It doesn't matter what game I am playing either. Please fix this!!!! Thank You!!!

    Getting kicked off games

    Every Microsoft Casual Game that I play and the ad for St. Jude's Children's Hospital appears and ends, it is suppose to return to the game and it kicks me off the system. I have ran troubleshooting, reset the app, and nothing is helping. This is getting
    really frustrating trying to play any of these games. This is the result from the new Windows 10 Upgrade. Can someone please fix this!! Thank you.

    MS Solitare Collection game play.

    I have been having the same problem for the past week or so. Only the St. Jude ads cause a problem. All other ads play fine and get my back to my game.

    If not, put it to use. Or better yet. Donate it to a Childrens Hospital.
