    My trurle beach ellite 800x and seagte Xbox ssd have all of a sudden stopped working. Was working yesterday.

    It has power to both just seems like data is not being transferred. I have put another device in the back ports and it works.

    I have factory re-set my Xbox and my earphones and have put my ssd on the pc which said it working fine. And still nothing.

    Is my Xbox usb ports stuffed?

    Hey yeh I have tried my earphones Bluetooth to my phone and they work. Also the ssd on my pc says its working fine

    Hi yeh I have factory reset everything multiple times and my ssd is a Xbox brand one.

    I don't have another console to try then on unfortunately
