Support has not been very good at resolving my issue. I got tired of waiting after 2 weeks for someone from Support to contact me after trying their "fix" and having it not work again so I resolved the issue on my own by purchasing a Xbox Live card and
entering the code. If someone had told me this at the beginning, the problem would have been resolved then. Instead, I had to go thru the frustration of trying to add a new credit card and PayPal and not having it work. And having to contact my bank because
Support told me that the problem was on my bank's end (wrong) was also annoying and very time consuming. Total Fail on Support regarding this issue. Luckily, I do not need any help from Support on this issue anymore since I fixed it myself.
