    SRN no is 1365147535, Service centre is not respondong in India


    I bought xbox one with kinect roughly two month back, kinect is not working from day one. I made total three complaint for same problem, as advised by helpline of microsoft. SRN no 136133256, SRn 1362271927 and SRN 1365147535, but service center in India
    is not responding. Advice me what to do, I have tried all the phone numbers and had a chat with custom executive, number of times.

    Xbox Screen appears only for few dialogues boxes

    Unfortunately we don't have a repair/service centre in india. Also the link doesn't work.

    Is anyone else having problems with xbox one x console

    I have xbox one s. Facing problem with starting. Power ON then automatically power OFF within few second. This device is under warranty. But i am not geting any service centre in india. Due to service centre issue. Better to go for PS4.

    Xbox one is very bad in term of service provider in india
