Сreaks left trigger on controller

Creaks left trigger on controller. Was bought in the summer, the check does not save, save box. Does warranty repair on this gamepad?

Controller - Left Trigger Squeaking?

Yes, my left trigger broke on my Xbox One Day One controller. The exchange process is painful and yet to be completed. My trigger started making a squeaking noise and soon after it broke completely. It wouldn't push in all the way and there was a piece
floating around inside the controller - you could hear it when you gave the controller a shake...

So, I sent my controller back to them, the support representative said that they'd ship me out a replacement in fast fashion after receiving mine. Well, They received mine on the 25th of January, on the 29th I contacted them and they said it will take 7-10
business days to process the controller that I sent back before they can ship one to me. Here we are, going on two weeks later, and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of the controller they received on the 25th. I've been without a controller for two
weeks now. Gotta love Microsoft's Xbox One customer service and policies. If you send your broken controller in, expect to be without one for 3+ weeks after you factor in shipping time. At this point I'm doubting they will even acknowledge they received
my controller....good thing I have tracking information showing it went to them...
