I barley played the xbox then i went on one day to cancel my xbox live gold when i had a message from the enforcement team saying i have a month to fix my account or i will get banned, I went onto the enforcement website and it said nothing was wrong with the
account, I went on a live chat and they too said there isnt anything wrong with my account. then all of a sudden it got banned, I have tried to get it unbanned but the appeal button on the enforcement website isnt working, I have spent the last two months
being lied to on the live chats and now im at a point where im ready to give up. The only thing i can think of for my suspension is i have downloaded a gamer picture i didnt unlock, Or the fact im playing other peoples save games. But i dont image that is
against the rules.

The reason i have been playing other people saves is because they are start saves it gives you a boost at the start such as loads of money, Unlimited health etc.

Forum Guidelines] Today told it would be a 1 month console ban and she didn't know why its not just the 24 hour.

THERE IS 0 EXPLANATION ON ENFORCEMENT ON THE SITE ON ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS.

Please look into this as quick as possible. I was assured it was only a 24 hour ban. If it goes longer im going to just sell the darn console full and buy a playstation. Xbox just put a very bad taste in my mouth.

 

The enforcement team don't read the forums and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. So if you're unable to submit a review, then your ban will be upheld.

Playing other people's saves is a violation of the code of conduct/terms of use. Game saves are generally tied to each account and cannot be transferred between accounts. There are very few games that actually allow saves to be used by other accounts.

 

So yet again I have been lied to on another live chat, I am UN able to submit a review therefore I keep being given links to forums to contact the enforcement when they dont even check them, and according to my last live chat playing other people's ofline
games is not against the terms and conditions.

 

Since phone and chat support don't handle suspensions/bannings, they don't have correct information about them. So they have been known to give incorrect information.

 

So is that it, I have lost my account with no right to appeal the ban?

Hundreds if not thousands of people are playing saved games or nodding games.so I don't understand why their account is still active and mines not

 

If you're not able to submit a case review then there is nothing else you can do. Even if you were able to submit a case review, it would not be guaranteed your ban would be lifted considering what you have been doing.

Other people may be doing so, but just haven't had anyone file a complaint on them yet so they haven't been found. But they will.

 

A complaint about offline playing that doesn't include anyone?

 

The complaint could have been for something else entirely unrelated, but the enforcement team would have investigated your account and found that you did something to violate the terms.
