    Hey sorry you're experiencing this issue. I would suggest you do a quick system reset also known as cache reset. You have to make sure your system is on. Then press and hold the power button on the console for 10 secs, the system will shut off. Wait additional
    10secs before powering the console back on. Then everything should run as normal. I hope this helps you out with your issue.

    The update must proceed to get online so choose Yes to update.

    If you do not update you will stay offline.

    Did you accept trying to update and then it gave a network error? Little more information would be helpful.
