Another way to connect is use an cable (wired) connection, then no changes are needed to your Wirelless settings.

Ok, worked with an Xbox Community Ambassador. First tried changing the router to open rather than WPA/WPA2. That worked and xbox connected. Then went back to WPA/WPA2, didn't work. Then tried WEP, that does work. Not secure enough to leave it like that
however. The router doesn't have a separate check box for WPA and WPA2, they are combined in one choice. Any idea why WPA/WPA2 wouldn't work when WEP does?

Right, I've done a bit more testing. The following options work:

Open.

Wep with shared key.

The following don't:

WPA

WPA2

WPA/WPA2 Mixed.

:/

It connected fine using WPA/WPA2 mixed on Saturday, but not now! Obviously running it on WEP is just as bad as having it open!
