SR#1360895286 Xbox live enforcement team

Dear Xbox live enforcement team,

This forum is in regards to SR#1360895286, A reference number given to me by Xbox support.

At approximately 3:30 AM Central standard time on 10/29/2016, my account was suspended due to a communications problem. If the issue is my use of expression in a message sent to a player that was clearly cheating, then I need to understand how I am the
one that has been suspended. If the unbiased promise that you guys stand for is true, then I need to know why I am the one that is being penalized. In the message sent to the other player I clearly stated why I was frustrated ( due to a player cheating and
using a glitch), this would have been seen if my content was actually and clearly read by the enforcement team. If that is the case and it was read, I find it hard to believe that you simply brush off the act of cheating and suspend me for using a freedom
of expression.

I do not have a bad reputation on Xbox live and I have been a loyal Xbox live customer for over nine years. It strikes me as odd that I am the one that is punished in the situation and no other stand has been recognized by you guys in the sense of penalizing
the player who is cheating. This is a major design flaw in your Guaranteed promise for safety and trust... If you are going to trust the actions of players when it comes to reporting somebody, especially over something as a communications between messaging,
then I think that the full conversation between said players should be reviewed, in this case, if it was then you would understand that the player who was cheating simply did not care and did not deny that he was in fact cheating. Instead putting a in
the message was his route of communication letting me know and assuming Lee letting you guys know that he was in fact cheating and did not feel that any issues would be brought up. And then proceeded to report me and let his friends report me for language
in a message sent to him.

The bottom line is, I pay for the subscription, I have for over nine years and to be suspended over something so little and buy some team that is a private organization in a different department with a different system than Xbox is something that I find
very offputting. The sheer fact that I have to go onto a form just to possibly reach somebody in the enforcement team does not make me feel very comfortable at all. I need the suspension removed and I would love to speak with somebody in the enforcement department
about my experience and how this has changed my outlook on Xbox live. I have contacted Xbox support and they have let me know that this is the best way to get a hold of someone in the enforcement team. At the beginning of this form I attached my reference
number given to me by the Xbox support agent which will allow you guys to see the conversation that we have had. The Xbox agent also let me know that it seems to be a very unfair act and they will be backing me up and said matter.

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums (unfortunately phone and chat support are unaware of that). You would need to try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com
