Squeaky controller XBox 360

Discus and support Squeaky controller XBox 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have recently bought 2 wired controllers from Best Buy and both squeak on the sticks with being only used for a day.     Squeaky controller XBox 360


    I have recently bought 2 wired controllers from Best Buy and both squeak on the sticks with being only used for a day.

    Is this common for XBox (microsoft) and do I just keep returning them .

    I am using this on my PC ,the grand kids use wireless on our console for years with no issue.

    Any help appreciated

    Can your Xbox One get viruses/malware?

    And your baby isn't gonna be an Elite controller, it'll be a defective controller with squeaky triggers

    is there anywhere at all I could get a custom solid/machined metal Xbox one controller? Tired of this squeaky plastic... Annoys me like no other. Price doesn't matter just information is all.

    Hello there!

    I have never had nor heard of this issue and i have been playing Xbox since the very first was released (Halo:CE baby!) If it is not effecting the controller working i wouldn't be to worried but if it is really annoying you as squeaky noises can so often
    then i would advise returning them to Best Buy.

    So just to confirm and answer your question Xbox controllers don't usually after one days use

    Yes ( both sticks squeaking still) I guess I will just keep returning them, maybe they got a bad batch in.

    [/quote]I have had lots of controllers, most of them had analogue drift after surprisingly little use, squeaky trigger buttons and the nototiously "naff" d-pad, some of them had battery pack issues, but apart from that, they are the best controllers available
    for the Xbox 360...

    My X1 controller was squeaky the left bind would move around lack of quality control and the low quality of plastic really ruin the "$500" feel.

    @merlin AC4 is fantastic! You must buy. @mic my day one controller is the same loose on the join line underneath. Bit squeaky to to squeeze.glued it perfect now.
