Wasn't impressed with the 18 and a half minute text dump at the start but now the game has actually started it's looking promising, I like the art style more than I thought I would...

Oh yeah, it's got a slow beginning. I didn't mind it at first but subsequent playthroughs show the sting.

For that price, you can't really go wrong. You can easily sink 40 hrs into that game too.

Had I realised that Clover Studios (Platinum Games) made the original and the HD version was made by HexDrive (the people that ported ReZ HD to Xbox360) I would have bought it sooner, both of those studios have been involved with some of the greatest games
of all time, hopefully Okami HD will fall into that catagory too!

Anyone getting Tales of Xillia 2 next month?

And is anyone interested in Natural Doctrine?

Ps There is a huge sale on the Big in Japan section on the EU PSN store if anyone is interested, games like Ni No Kuni are £3.99.

I am! I pre-ordered the game recently and I can't wait.

I'm gonna have a few Tales of games to play this year. I purchased
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles when it was on sale for $10 on the PlayStation Store,
Tales of Xillia 2 is coming, and this November on PS Vita, Tales of Hearts R.

I never pre order games, but I will be getting ToX 2 on release day, I would like to wait for a price cut but when it comes to JRPG I have to buy them at full price on release day to ensure I get a copy due to lack of support for the genre in my area.

I am also excited for Natural Doctrine and Persona 5.

That's a fair score, I rate it at least a 9.0, the same rating I give Fallout 3.

In my opinion all games have naff stories, but what do I know, I don't even read books, I have read one or two books in the last 25 years, I watch film and still don't like the stories they tell.

I play games for the gameplay and the art style rather than the stories...

Just finished LRFFXIII on normal.

That last boss was blinking hard, got to him on my first play through, got owned so escaped and hit up New Game+, got to him again and still got owned, after about 10 attempts got my strategy right and 5 starred him on normal without any Ether.

I think I'll play another game for a week or so before hitting Hard Mode!

Anyone getting Drakengard 3 tomorrow?
