Squad points/Operations

Hey everyone. Don't know if I missed an "update" or whatever but I no longer have the option of paying 1 squad point to change the operations. Or are they all running at the same time?

Operation INACTIVE.

Its ridiculous that I am trying to do the Chrome Ghillie suit Operation then the following day I have to spend 2 squad points to retrieve it again because it switched off the operation because of New Available Operations. Squad points so I can do a challenge.

Create-a-Soldier Not All Challenges "Inactive"

You have a set amount of operations active, there's a menu where you can check your operations. If you don't like the challenges you have unlocked you can spend 1 squad point to unlock all new operations. The operation must be active to get the unlock.

 

I don't no really never paid any mine to that maybe after a few of these updates GHOST had might not have to pay for them no more. wish I had a better answer for you Ripz

 

About a week ago they patched it so all operations are available all the time. No need to purchase new ones anymore.

 

was dumb the old way, they needed to open it all up.

 

Yeah I remember times spending 15 or 20 squadpoints trying to get 2 particular operations top come up at the same time. ..... sometimes even giving up and settling for the one I wanted the most.

 

Hey ToG, if you are playing today, play my squads and get me some XP while Im at work, LOL.

 

I'm still on the 360, but havent tried squads anyhow. It just doesnt appeal to me having a bunch of ais playing the game for me.

Although I will say I got a squadmate last night in ffa while I was using a riot shield, and it was pretty cool. I've used them on a couple occasions and didnt care for them. But last night I rushed into the control room on sovereign and got a throwing
knife kill to earn a squadmate ..... the 2 of us proceeded to bash the crap out of everyone rushing the control room for what felt like a really long time.

I dont know what kind of streak I got out of it, I couldnt see a thing for all the cracks in my shield, I just kept turning back and forth bashing blindly in the direction of gunfire and my squadmate was apparently working perfectly with me.

There had been a couple guys who kept going back and forth winning in a string of matches before who were badmouthing everyone .... one of them got mad and left, the other one shut up, and there was some other dude calling cheater because there were
2 riot shielders working together in ffa .... lol

I still dont think a team of mostly squadmates playing another teamm of mostly squadmates would be much fun though. Next thing you know we wont even play the game. Buy it in november of one year, set up your little army and come back in a year to find
out your stats and whether you had fun or not.

 

You need to keep a squadmate when you have earned it and not call it in until you almost have the points for your second one. I have had two squadmates out in Dom before. Its a great SSR/KSR.

 

I never thought of trying that.

I was given a different suggestion I have tried out a bit lately. Run ammo crate and ballistic vests, Save them until you call in a squadmate, then throw them both out in front of him. He will supposedly take a vest and a new weapon , becoming quite
a beast.

At times I've seen him take a weapon, but sometimes he doesnt. I havent sen him take a weapon and a vest though, but I'm told he will. I think the 2 squadmates at one time thing sounds like more fun though.

 

^^Im not sure if a whole team could do this? 6 guys, each with two squadmates out. That would be 18 teammates on the map, LOL.

 

And if you did it right they'd all have ballistic vests and good weapons.

Although I think by the time a whole team earned 2 squadmates they'd have won already. That would be 126 kills if they were running hardline. But it could probably done if you were playing objective modes and ignoring the objective.

 

Oh yeah, Ive played Dom matches with 5 other randoms and 3 or 4 of us would have over 40 kills.
