Spyro, is on xbox one, just in a game not named after him, it's called skylanders

 

Spyro was one of my early favorite games...really fun. Yeah, I think it should come to the next gen. It's fun for just about any age really.

 

I'd play it. I had it on PS1 and liked it. I like the idea though it'd have to be done right. Some franchise reboots and revivals don't live up to the old standards and are better left to memory. Worth a shot though.

 

A hero from the golden age of platform games, a memory long forgotten. I'd like this genre to make a huge resurgence and I hope the BK spiritual sequel spurs that.

 

I'd welcome a remake/reboot of the series. Played a bit of the original one and really enjoyed it.

 

Too bad Activision owns the Spyro IP now, if they have plans for a new Spyro game, then I hope they do the justice to it or else it will be 8th gen's Enter the Dragonfly.

 

This generation of consoles really needs more of those types of games. I miss playing colorful action adventure game, most games nowadays are serious and going for that ultra-realistic look.

 

I wish companies would stop releasing serious games for a moment, market is flooded, bring back spyro, croc and crash bandicoot but not the open world version, we are missing way to many platformers lately, where is the fun in gaming these days.

 

Bring back Maximo & the Medievil games,they were great.

 

Maximo was one of my favorite action-adventure games on the PS2! Capcom should remaster both Ghosts to Glory (which is Maximo 1) and Army of Zin (which is Maximo 2), and then if it sells well, then do a Maximo 3.
