Spyro Crash bundle

I just bought the bundle as a digital download and for some odd reason spyro and all of it's games will play but crash won't even get to the main menu just the autosave feature and back to dashboard I'm sad if I just paid 75 bucks and don't get half the
games anyone help? I tried all normal things.

I was wondering if the spyro and crash bundle came with the 2 bonus levels for crash cause it doesn't say on the box and I can't find it trying to look for it. please and thank you

Hi! Yes, that is the case as any Xbox version of Crash will include those two bonus levels.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work then try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

 

I did I hard reset I just don't think I waited a full 5 minutes I'll try that but I did uninstall/reinstall

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to launch Crash.

I would suggest that you try the guide that we have here on our support page entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay"
and see if that clears everything up.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, the best next course of action would be for you to try what we call a soft reset of your system.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Did all of that. it's still not starting I'm surprised because it's a digital copy

I'm sorry to hear none of the previous steps mentioned did not seem to resolve the issue of Crash not loading.

Is it all 3 of the Crash games or just one that comes with the bundle? Do all 3 games download individually or do they download all at once in one file?

Do you have any issues with any other games crashing on the same hard drive?

Do you happen to have another account on your Xbox you could try loading the game up with another account? If your Xbox is the Home Console for the account that owns the bundle, then other news accounts on the same Xbox would be able to play your licenses
games. This is to check if it has anything to do with profile data.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

 

It's the spyro crash digital bundle it's two downloads one is spyro it has all 3 spyro games and runs fine but the other download crash never started up it goes to the loading screen before the main menu and quits to dashboard before the main menu

 

Tried all the resets and uninstalls and redownloads

Thanks for reaching out! I see you have done quite a big of troubleshooting already to no avail. In some cases, save data corrupts causing certain games to crash constantly. You mentioned the autosave still somewhat works so we will try to

delete the save data on the game and check for any changes. The following are instructions on how to delete said data from your console.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide, and then select My games and apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button
   on your controller, and then select Manage game.
3. In the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the
   A button on your controller.
   
4. You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
   • Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.
     
   • Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
     
   • Cancel leaves your data intact.

I have no saved data because I have not gotten the game to work.ive deleted local saves and it doesn't work

 

Hello Andie,

Understand you have done an uninstall of the game already, we would like you to try another uninstall of the game a little different.

1. Uninstall the game from the console.
2. Power cycle the console.
3. Once the console comes back on then reinstall the game completely, if installing with a external HDD install to the internal HD first to see if it works than move to external HDD.
