    Hi guys the RB of my series s controller that came with the console and is fairly new make a springy noise when i click and let go of it. Is it a big problem? because It's okay if it doesn't Get Worse.

    Xbox Series S/X controller weird thumbstick noise

    Hello all. So i got my son a new controller for christmas. Using it the first time we had noticed that there was a springy/clicky/creaky noise whenever he would move the right thumbstick. Almost 3 weeks later and the noise seems to be getting louder.

    Has anyone heard of this with the new controllers?

    Could this lead to accelerated wear on the right thumbstick from faulty hardware or fault during assembly?

    Any help or info appreciated. Thanks.
